These Terms of Service explain the rules for accessing and using Novbe.az websites, web apps, mobile apps, and related services.
Novbe.az provides online booking, customer management, reminders, finance visibility, and operational tools for service businesses.
By creating an account, logging in, or using Novbe.az, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Novbe.az.

Accounts
You may need an account to use parts of Novbe.az. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens through your account.

Novbe.az may allow users to log in with Facebook Login or other third-party authentication providers. Your use of those providers may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

Bookings, Payments, and Business Operations
Novbe.az may help businesses manage appointments, reminders, customers, services, staff, and financial records. Unless stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Novbe.az is not a party to bookings or transactions between businesses and their customers.
Each business is responsible for its own services, pricing, cancellations, refunds, customer communications, tax obligations, and legal compliance.
Fees and Subscriptions
Some Novbe.az features may require payment. If paid plans are offered, prices, billing periods, included features, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown in the relevant checkout, account, invoice, or subscription flow.
You are responsible for any fees, taxes, or charges connected with your paid use of Novbe.az. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated in a separate written policy.
Intellectual Property
Novbe.az and its software, design, branding, content, and technology are owned by Novbe.az or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Novbe.az to you. They give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Novbe.az in accordance with these Terms.
You keep ownership of information and content you submit to Novbe.az. You give Novbe.az permission to use, host, process, display, and transmit that information as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Novbe.az may connect with third-party services such as authentication providers, app stores, hosting providers, analytics tools, payment providers, or messaging services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Novbe.az is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

Novbe.az does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, or professional advice. Any operational or finance-related features are provided for convenience and should be reviewed by your qualified advisors where needed.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novbe.az will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, or service interruption.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Novbe.az’s total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Novbe.az for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, business, legal requirements, or operating practices change. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page.
